Can I still become a Sea Rover in 2023?
Yes! If you sailed twice between January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2023, you still have the opportunity to become a Sea Rover and unlock benefits. Sail for a third time by December 31st, 2024 and you will have the opportunity to experience our Deep Blue Extras.
What is a Sea-Rover and what extras do they receive?
We’re coining anyone who has sailed with Virgin Voyages twice from January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2023 as a Sea-Rover. On the third voyage, Deep Blue Extras will be added automatically, through December 31, 2024. Additional perks include a $100 Bar Tab Bonus through the end of 2024. Sailors can also receive Sea-Rover status by participating in our Match & Sea More program.
I sailed in 2021 and am a Sea Blazer. How can I take advantage of the Deep Blue Extras?
Thank you for sailing with us in 2021 and becoming a Sea-Blazer during our inaugural season! You’ve earned this exclusive status that will automatically give you access to our Deep Blue Extras on all sailings departing through December 31, 2024, as well as your $125 Bar Tab Bonus for life.
I have already sailed three times (once in 2021 and twice in 2022), does that mean I get Deep Blue Benefits?
Yes! Sailing in 2021 qualifies you for Sea Blazer status and you have access to Deep Blue Benefits and Red Hot Booking months, along with the original Sea Blazer benefits.
I’ve sailed more than once, but my bookings aren’t showing on my account?
That’s no good! Give us a ring and let's get that sorted for you.
How can I see my tokens balance?
Your token balance will be calculated based on the total dollar amount spent on voyage fare and onboard in 2021 and 2022. In 2023 your tokens balance will be calculated based on the total dollar amount spent on voyage fare from January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023. Although you can’t see the totals just yet, we will share token calculations very soon, so stay tuned! We will accumulate all money spent from 2021-2023 along with eligible multipliers to calculate your total token amount.
Are tokens in the Sailors currency or just $?

Do Level Upgrade amounts paid count for tokens?
Yes, Level Upgrade applies as voyage fare, therefore it counts towards receiving tokens.
Does the $10 per day coffee allowance roll over each day?
No, coffee credit will reset each night, it does not accrue/roll over.
