Can I hold a booking without putting money down?
Of course, we'd be happy to save your spot! If you're booking more than 45 days before the voyage begins, we can hold your cabin for 24 hours - no $trings attached.
How much money do I have to pay at the time of booking?
More than 120 days prior to your departure date, you'll need to pay a 20% deposit to secure your booking (but don't forget, you can also hold a booking for 24 hours without any money down up until 45 days). Once you're within 120 days of sailing, the full voyage fare is due at the time of booking. If you need to change your travel plans after this, you still have plenty of options. Just take a look at our cancellation policy or give our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent a shout for more details.
What is Uplift?
Uplift gives you the freedom to book your vacation now and pay over time with simple fixed installments. Some plans include interest while some are interest-free. When you’re ready to checkout, just select “Uplift” as your payment method, complete a short application, and receive a quick decision. What is the 24 Hour Breather?
The 24 Hour Breather allows Sailors to place a hold on bookings for 24 hours without payment for sailings 45+ days away. Once the booking is on hold, Sailors can log into My Account and finalize their reservation by placing a deposit or paying in full.
How do I book a voyage with an Access Key?
After selecting your voyage date and cabin, you will arrive at the Summary page. Before checking out, enter the Access Key below the cost breakdown and click “Validate.” The appropriate adjustment to the total price will be shown once the Access Key is validated.
How do I apply for Uplift?
Shop for your vacation just like you normally would. When you are ready to checkout, simply select Uplift as your payment method. To apply, you’ll need to provide some basic information like your mobile number, date of birth, and if you are a US resident, your Social Security Number. If you’re approved, finish checking out and you’re done.
