1. Mega RockStar Offer

MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free Offer Terms and Conditions

1.Offer Terms.  These terms detail the “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer.  Starting February 27, 2020, we’re offering our passengers (that is, “Sailors” in our branding voice) a $0 Voyage Fare for each 3rd and 4th Sailor traveling in Mega RockStar cabins during any sailings from April 1, 2020 through May 27, 2020.  

2.  Restrictions and Exclusions.

2.1 The “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer only applies to new bookings. We are unable to add Sailors to existing bookings (no cancellations or rebooking allowed).

2.2 The 3rd and 4th Sailors are required to pay all applicable taxes and port fees for the cruise sailing.

2.3 The “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer is combinable with existing WAVE offer only.  It is not combinable with any other offer. 

2.4 The “MegaRockStar 3rd and 4th Free” Offer is subject to change at any time. 

3. First Mates Commissions

3.1  Eligible for First Mates commission on taxes and fees paid by the 3rd and 4th Sailors.

2. Shore Excursions

SHORE EXCURSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS IS NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING SHORE EXCURSIONS

All arrangements made by Virgin Cruises Intermediate Limited (“Virgin Voyages” or “Carrier”) for or by Guests(a/k/a Passengers or Sailors) for shore excursions (a/k/a shore things) and activities, whether these are for (a) tours; (b) air, land or local water transportation; (c) sports related or any other recreational activities; (d) shore accommodations; or (e) for any activity or facility other than onboard Virgin Voyages’ cruise ships (referred to herein as either “Shore Excursions” or “Shore Things”), are made solely for the Sailor’s convenience and are at the Sailor’s own risk. Even though the arrangements may be sold or made on board the Vessel or through the Virgin Voyages’ website or mobile app, Virgin Voyages does not act on behalf of, supervise or control the parties or persons who own, furnish, or operate such Shore Things. A Sailor’s participation in any Shore Things is subject to (a) the Sailor’s acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the Ticket Contract provided to the Sailor at the time of booking, (b) these terms and conditions which are referenced on the Virgin Voyages’ website, mobile app and/or on the back of the Shore Things Ticket or Voucher and, (c) depending on the activity, other documents which, among other things, expressly release Virgin Voyages from any liability for such participation. The Sailor’s participation may also be subject to the independent Shore Excursion Operators' own terms and conditions. Virgin Voyages assumes no responsibility for, nor does it guarantee the performance of, any Shore Excursion Operator. Sailors acknowledge that Virgin Voyages shall not be liable for losses or injuries arising from the acts or omissions of such Shore Excursion Operators.

Shore Excursion Descriptions
Each individual Shore Things description provides details about the Shore Things which includes the estimated duration time and physical restrictions or limitations. Participation in Shore Things may require physical exertion and may be potentially hazardous or dangerous. Participation in any Shore Things activity is at Sailor’s own risk. It is the responsibility of each Sailor to determine whether they are capable of engaging in any Shore Excursion activity. All photographs on Virgin Voyages’ website, mobile app and other marketing materials are provided solely for illustration purposes and may not accurately depict the Shore Things, locations, or activity indicated. The Shore Things itineraries are conducted by the Shore Excursion Operators as advertised, however, all such Shore Excursion Operators reserve the right to change such itineraries or to omit any place or places or to alter the advertised sequence of the Shore Things in accordance with the conditions and circumstances prevailing at the time of the Shore Things with or without previous notice. Any such change, omission, or alteration made by the Shore Excursion Operators shall be made at their sole discretion, always bearing in mind the safety, convenience and/or best interests of Sailors. Note there is no guarantee that any coaches or buses used for transportation will be air-conditioned. For safety reasons, age, weight, and/or height restrictions may apply to certain Shore Things. These restrictions are imposed by the individual Shore Excursion Operators and must be strictly adhered to. 

Pricing
The prices for Shore Things may be found on the Virgin Voyages’ website and/or mobile app and may also be obtained onboard from the Shore Things Team. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, subject to change without notice and are only confirmed at the time of booking. Please refer to the individual Shore Things description for additional information on what is or is not included in the price. 

Shore Things Availability and Schedule Changes
Not all Shore Things are available on every ship. Although Shore Excursion schedules are the most accurate and up to date, please note that schedules are subject to change and that Shore Excursions may be canceled for any reason, including but not limited to, inclement weather. Most Shore Things will operate rain or shine. However, if a Shore Things is cancelled, every effort will be made to accommodate Sailors on other available Shore Things.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Shore Things are subject to cancellation or modification for any reason. To receive a full refund, all Shore Things must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled Shore Things departure time. Any exceptions to this policy will be noted under each respective Shore Things description on Virgin Voyages website or mobile app. Cancellations made prior to the 24-hour period will be automatically credited to your account. For Shore Things involving hotel accommodations, charter flights and/or private vehicles, the cut off period to cancel is 30 days prior to dispatch, and no refund will be issued after this date. For Shore Excursions involving commercial airlines, the respective airline policy will govern and supersede these terms.

Sailors with Disabilities
When booking Shore Things prior to a voyage, Sailors with disabilities should contact the First Mates or Sailor Services Agents who work closely with the shipboard Shore Things Team who can assist and provide information on accessible Shore Things options during the voyage. When booking Shore Things during a voyage, Sailors with disabilities should contact the shipboard Shore Things Team directly. Accessible Shore Things may be limited or may not be available in some destinations and are subject to availability.

Valuables
Virgin Voyages will not be responsible for Sailors’ personal possessions. Do not leave your valuable belongings unattended at any time when travelling on Shore Things.

Waivers

Shore Excursion Operators reserve the right to require a completed liability waiver form for select Shore Things.

3. Bar Tab Offer

Bar Tab Terms and Conditions (***UPDATED & EXTENDED***)

1.  Offer Terms.  These terms detail the “Bar Tab” Offer.  We’re offering our passengers (that is, “Sailors” in our branding voice) the opportunity to pre-pay their on-board bar tabs in $300 U.S. dollar increments on Eligible Voyages (see section 2.4 below).  Virgin Voyages will then add a bonus $50 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio.  Bar Tabs may be purchased up to 11:59:59 p.m. the day before the voyage sets sail.  In addition, if a Bar Tab is purchased before 11:59:59 p.m. June 30, 2020 for an Eligible Voyage, we’ll add an additional bonus $50 U.S. dollar credit to that Sailor’s folio (that is, a total bonus of a $100 Bar Tab).


Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) can purchase a prepaid Bar Tab for their Sailors and earn commission on the purchase amount.


Prepay Bar Tabs may be purchased by calling Virgin Voyages prior to sailing, or through your First Mate. 
 

2.  Caveats/Exclusions.


2.1  The Bar Tab can only be used on drink purchases (a) onboard our ships or (b) at The Beach Club at Bimini. It may not be transferred to pay for other experiences e.g. Spa or Shore Things, and any unused Bar Tab credit (both purchased and bonus) will not be refunded to the Sailor at the end of the voyage.  It may not be transferred to another user (though one may purchase bar drinks for another Sailor).  Bar Tab may be cancelled, with a refund, until 24 hours from the voyage sail date.  Should the voyage date change, the Bar Tab may be transferred to the new voyage. Bar Tab is likely not insurable.


2.2  First Mates do not earn commission on the bonus value we give Sailors on us.  To the extent Bar Tab is purchased, First Mate’s Commission on Bar Tab (10%) to be paid post-voyage with other pre-voyage sales commission, provided Sailor makes the voyage and does not cancel the Bar Tab before the voyage.


2.3  Promotional Bonus: Virgin Voyages will add an additional bonus $50 U.S. dollar Bar Tab credit to a Sailor’s folio, on top of the $50 bonus detailed in Section 1 above, for any Bar Tab purchase made through 11:59:59 p.m. June 30, 2020 on Eligible Voyages (see Section 2.4 below). 

2.4  Sailor loses the  bonus portion if the reservation is cancelled, even if later re-instated.

2.5  Eligible Voyages:
Scarlet Lady: Voyages departing July 15, 2020 and August 7, 2020 through July 28, 2021
Valiant Lady: Voyages departing May 2, 2021 through October 17, 2021

4. “Lock It In” Guaranteed (GTY) Bookings

At our discretion we may offer a GTY Booking at our “Lock It In” rate. This means you may book a cabin of a guaranteed minimum category type at a reduced rate, i.e., our “Lock It In” rate.  This is separate from our “Oversell Guarantee,” in which we guarantee you the cabin/suite you book, unless we oversell, in which case you may be upgraded at no additional cost.
The benefits to you of a “Lock It In” GTY Booking are that, after your booking has been confirmed:

  • We may (at our discretion) upgrade your cabin to one of a superior Category or superior MetaCategory to that originally booked at no extra charge to you.
  • You are ‘guaranteed’ the minimum Category of cabin we agreed to offer at the time of booking (your “Lock It In” rate category). 
  • The cabin we allocate will be suitable for the number of Guests occupying it.  

We categorize cabins in “MetaCategories,” then “Categories” of cabins. Those MetaCategories and Categories are listed in decreasing precedence (that is, the lowest precedence is at bottom):

In exchange for the reduced price and chance for upgrade, there are restrictions imposed:  

  • Once your cabin has been allocated to you as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking, we are unable to accept any changes requested by you or your Travel Agent.  
  • Your ability to change cruises is affected: you are restricted from changing your cruise date, and you will not get a future voyage credit if you do.
  • You may not know your cabin number until your Sail Date.  This is because we may assign your cabin up to (and including) the day you actually sail. 


By way of example, if you book a “Sea Terrace” cabin as a Lock It In GTY Booking, that is, the “Sea Terrance Lock It In Rate,” you (1) will pay a lower price than you would otherwise for a Sea Terrace Cabin, and (2) you may be upgraded to a “XL Sea Terrace” or an even higher category.  However, (3) you are locked-in to that cruise date such that you will not get a refund or a future voyage credit if you cancel, (4) you may not know your cabin until you check in on your sail date, and (5) you may not be permitted to change your Cabin once it is assigned.

If you have a specific requirement regarding your cabin, or cabin location, or are travelling with family or friends you want to be near, then we suggest you do not book as a “Lock It In” GTY booking.  At times, we may extend other promotional guaranteed booking offers.  Suite layouts and benefits vary by category.  If you book two or more cruises to be taken back to back and either one or all the  cruises are booked as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking there is the possibility that you will be allocated different cabins/suites on each cruise, therefore requiring a move between cabins/suites on the  changeover day between your back to back cruises.  
 

5. “LIV It Up” Offer

1.     Offer Terms. This rider details the terms and conditions of our “LIV It Up” Offer. If applicable to a person’s paid-for-booked Voyage, you may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade in accordance with the terms below.


2.     Applicability/Offer Details.
   2.1. The first 540 people to book a reservation during the 54 hour window between 4:55 p.m. EST February 2, 2020 through 10:55 p.m. EST February 4, 2020 (“Booking Window”) for a Voyage with a sail date between April 1, 2020 and up to May 27, 2020 inclusive (“Eligible Voyage”), may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade of their cabin or suite subject to inventory availability and exclusions below.
   2.2.  Subject to the Exclusions set forth in section 3 below, this Offer is combinable with other offers. We reserve the right to modify this Offer at any time.
   2.3.  Determination of the first 540 people who book will be based on a data pull of those people who booked during the Booking Window and paid for an Eligible Voyage as of 10:56 p.m. on February 4, 2020.  Under our Booking Policies, given the short period before the Eligible Voyages, the Voyage must be paid in full.   To view our Booking Policies, see https://www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions, and click on “Payments.”  If inventory availability allows for an upgrade, Virgin Voyages will notify you by email.

 
3.     Exclusions/Caveats.
   3.1.    The following categories are excluded: Massive Suite, Solo Sea View, Solo Insider, Social Insider, and all “Lock It In Rate” categories.  Some categories are excluded due to their nature: for instance, some categories are single-, triple-, or quadruple-occupancy, or have a specific pricing scheme (i.e., all the “Lock It In Rate” cabins).

   3.2.    Any existing booking is excluded from this Offer.  
   3.3.    The “First Mate Rates” Offer is excluded from this Offer.  “Lock it In”/Guaranteed Booking may not be combined with this Offer.  
   3.4   Eligible upgrades provided at a booking level and not on a Circle level.
   3.5.      Where an upgrade is provided under the “LIV It Up” Offer, any Sailor Loot provided through the Wave promotion will remain based on your original booked category.
   3.6   All Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies.  

6. On Us + Sailor Loot Wave Offer

Sailor Loot Wave Offer Terms (***UPDATED & EXTENDED***)                                                          
1. Offer Terms.  These terms detail the “Sailor Loot Wave Offer,” which is extended and increased effective March 12, 2020.  We’re offering onboard credit to any suite or cabin bookings; see Section 2.  

2. Onboard Credit.  We will provide an onboard credit for each suite or cabin booked during the eligibility period valued as follows.  
      2.1  Eligibility Period.  This offer is open to anyone who books a suite or cabin between 12:00:01 a.m. EDT  March 12, 2020 through 11:59:59 p.m. EST June 30, 2020 for an eligible voyage.  See Section 3.6 below for eligible voyages.  
      2.2  You will see this onboard credit labelled as “Sailor Loot” in your account, unless you’re in a Circle (see Section 3), in which case it will be labelled “Circle Bounty:” 

  • RockStar and Mega Rockstar Quarters: $500 per cabin
  • Sea Terrace Cabins: $300 per cabin
  • Insider & Sea View Cabins: $150 per cabin

3.  Caveats/Exclusions.

3.1.  Only Sailors who booked after March 12, 2020 are eligible for the increased Sailor Loot associated with this Offer.

3.2      Subject to this Section 3, these offers are combinable with other offers. We reserve the right to modify these offers at any time.

3.3   Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) and contractual Circles are excluded from these offers.

3.4  Any unallocated onboard credit expires at the voyage end, i.e., upon disembarkation.  Circle Chest and onboard credits are not redeemable for cash.  

3.5  “Lock it In Rate” bookings are eligible for this promotion.  Calculations for Sailor Loot in Section 2.2 will be at the “Lock It In Rate,” regardless whether you are ultimately moved to a higher precedence suite or cabin.  “Lock it In Rate” bookings are bound by “Lock It In Rate” terms and conditions, which shall prevail in case of conflict with these Sailor Loot Wave Offer Terms.

3.6   Eligible Voyages
Scarlet Lady: Voyages departing July 15, 2020 and August 7, 2020 through July 28, 2021
Valiant Lady: Voyages departing May 2, 2021 through October 17, 2021

7. Champagne Sailings Offer

1. Offer Terms. This rider details the terms and conditions of our Champagne Sailings Offer. If applicable to your reservation and Voyage, the terms below are binding on us and you upon receipt of your booking confirmation email.

2. Applicability/Offer Details.

2.1. For anyone who creates a reservation between 7:00 a.m. EDT  October 9, 2019 through 11:59 p.m. EST November 30, 2019 for a Voyage with a sail date between April 1, 2020 and up to May 27, 2020 inclusive:
         2.1.1. We will add one (1) bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial® as an add-on to your reservation, limit one per Cabin.

2.2. For anyone with a reservation for a Voyage with a sail date outside the period between April 1, 2020 through May 27, 2020 inclusive, but changes their reservation to a Voyage inside this window, we will automatically add one (1) bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial to your reservation, one per cabin. Such change must be made by 11:59 p.m. EST November 30, 2019.

2.3. For anyone with a reservation for a Voyage with a sail date inside the period between April 1, 2020 through May 27, 2020 inclusive, but changes their reservation to a Voyage outside this window, we will automatically removeone (1) bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial from your reservation.

2.4. Subject to section 3 below, this Offer is combinable with other offers. We reserve the right to modify this Offer.

3. Exclusions.

3.1. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded from this Offer.

3.2. Limit one bottle of champagne among all offers, i.e., anyone already receiving a bottle of champagne from a different offer will not receive a second bottle.
 

8. Half Off All Deposits Offer

1. Offer Terms. This rider details the terms and conditions of our Half Off All Deposits Offer and may affect your Ticket Contract. If applicable to your reservation and Voyage, the terms below are binding on us and you upon receipt of your booking confirmation email and this rider becomes integrated into your Ticket Contract.

2. Applicability/Offer Details.

2.1. For anyone who creates a reservation between 7:00 a.m. EDT October 9, 2019 through 11:59 p.m. EST November 30, 2019 for a Voyage with a sail date between April 1, 2020 and April 30, 2021 inclusive:
       2.1.1. We will require a reduced deposit of 10% of the Voyage fare.

2.2. For anyone who booked a Voyage prior to October 9, 2019 where you have paid a 20% deposit, no adjustment to that deposit will be made.

2.3. Subject to section 3 below, this offer is combinable with all of our other offers. We reserve the right to modify this Offer.

3. Exclusions.

3.1. Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., charter voyages) are excluded from this Offer.

3.2 Tour operator bookings are excluded from this Offer.
